Victoria Grace Nolen, LPC, E-RYT

About: A Creative and an Empath, Victoria has always been drawn to the deeper things of life. In fact, the name “Deep Wells” came from a beloved counselor Victoria was seeing in college who told her in a session, “You have deep wells” (not to mention a love for mermaids!). Victoria explored creative outlets such as dance, poetry, and music as a teen, while focusing her efforts towards the social services in young adulthood. Through study, self-discovery, personal life experience and those who have “gone before” and poured into her, she discovered her calling towards the creative and healing arts. She now serves as a yoga teacher, writer, creator, and somatic and spiritual counselor.

Yoga Journey: Fascinated by yoga as a child, Victoria fulfilled her dream late in college and has practiced yoga since 2012. She has been actively teaching yoga since 2015. Finding yoga during a time of her own trauma recovery, yoga has since served as the greatest tool in her own physical, spiritual, and emotional healing journey; now, her passion is to give away what she has been given. Victoria’s love for teaching yoga stems from the joy of creating a safe, sacred, and relaxing space where people of all ages and backgrounds can come to move, breathe, connect, and belong.

Personal Life: Off the mat and out of the office, Victoria spends her time with her husband and pup in the lovely Appalachian mountain foothills of Northeast GA. Both active and recovering band nerds, you can find Victoria and her husband ministering through music to teens and young adults, hiking waterfalls, enjoying delicious food whenever possible, loving on family and friends when they’re in town, and contemplating the “deep wells” of life.
